Withdrawal Policy

Payment & Verification Policy

For security reasons we may ask you to provide documents in order to verify your identity and your chosen payment methods before you can make a deposit or request a withdrawal. The verification of your account and payment method helps us protect both you as a player and CasinoPlex.com against potential fraud.


Withholding funds / freezing

As a part of the verification check we reserve the right to withhold or freeze your account until we have received the necessary documents as described hereunder.


Which documents are required in order to verify your identity?

  • A copy of your picture id such as driving license (back/front) or passport (full page copy).
  • A bank statement or utility bill showing your full name and address (max. 3 months old).


Which documents are required in order to verify your chosen payment method?

Credit / debit card

  • A scan or digital photo of both sides of your card/s.
  • The card/s has to be signed with your signature.
  • All corners of the card have to be visible.


Online wallets

If you are using an online wallet such as Skrill, Neteller or Webmoney, then a screenshot showing your personal details is required.


Additional documents

We reserve the right to request additional documents which are not stated here, if required. We also reserve the right to request additional documentation in the future, if you have used a new payment method or changed address etc. The additional documents should be sent either by email or by normal post.

If additional documents are required, then you will be informed via email.


Where should you send your documents to?

All documents should be sent directly to our verification department on email: docs@casinoplex.co.uk or by normal post to: E-PLAY 24 LIMITED – Tigne Place , Block 12 , Floor 1/5, Tigne Street, Sliema SLM3173, Malta


Please note that any documents which are unclear or cropped will not be accepted.


Withdrawal time

When you requested a withdrawal it may take up to 72 hours for it to be processed.


Cancel your pending withdrawal

You can cancel a pending withdrawal and transfer the funds back to your CasinoPlex account, simply by clicking on “Cashier” – Withdraw and then choose “Pending Withdrawals”.


Maximum withdrawal

As a CasinoPlex player you can withdraw up to €7,000 or equivalent in USD or GBP within a 30 day period.  For withdrawals larger than this amount, the remaining balance will automatically be returned to your CasinoPlex account.


  • You made your first withdrawal of €2000 on the 1st of the month.
  • You made your second withdrawal of €2000 on the 4th of the month.
  • And you made your third withdrawal of €3000 on the 6th of the month.

You have now reached the 30 day withdrawal limit of €7000. The next time you are able to withdraw again will then be on the 1st of the next month where you can withdraw another €2000, then again on the 4th, then again on the 6th.


Withdrawals request

We strive to process all your withdrawals via the payment method you have chosen, however this is not always possible and we therefore reserve the right to process the withdrawal fully or partially via another payment method which you have previously used to make deposits. This is to ensure that you will receive your withdrawal as quickly as possible.
