Terms & Conditions of Special Bonus Gift Offers

 

  1. All special bonus gift offers are valid for 48 hours if not stated otherwise in the description of specific related promotional email.
  2. Only players who received specific bonus code or invitation to use any other type of special cash back/extra deposit bonus gift via personal email are eligible for a related special bonus gift.
  3. Any specific special bonus gift can only be claimed once and only by one person per household/IP and/or per account if not stated otherwise in the description of specific related promotional email.
  4. Free bonus gifts can be claimed only after a deposit has been made on the same day if it is not stated otherwise in the description of specific related promotional email.
  5. The minimum payable amount of any special cash back bonus gift is £$€10.
  6. Special cash back bonus gifts are paid out on the following day’s morning, casino time (GMT+2) after a related invitational email has been sent out to a player.
  7. Special cash back bonus gifts are calculated based on net loss for previous day of the promotional period.
  8. Special extra deposit bonus gifts can be claimed by contacting customer support team via live chat or by sending an email.
  9. All special bonus gifts are over and above any standard daily, weekly and monthly bonus offers if it is not stated otherwise in the description of specific related promotional email.
  10. All special bonus gifts have wagering requirements of 50 times if not stated otherwise in the description of specific related promotional email.
  11. Only winnings from all special bonus gifts will be transferred to player’s real balance once the wagering is completed.
  12. The wagering of all special bonus gifts has to be completed within 30 days after accepting them. If the wagering is not completed, then special bonus gifts and winnings will be removed from player’s account.
  13. If a player has chosen to opt out of the specific special bonus gift then this bonus cannot be applied to player’s account at a later date.
  14. All special bonus gifts given are non-redeemable unless stated otherwise in the description of specific related promotional email.
  15. If a player requests a withdrawal before the wagering requirements of any special bonus gift are met, then player’s bonus and winnings will be forfeit automatically. Any bonus including winnings which were removed from player’s account cannot be added again.
  16. Stakes from almost all games will count towards the wagering requirements of special bonus gifts; however certain games including Roulette, Blackjack and Live Casino have lower weighting than others. Please see “Games Category” in Standard Bonus Terms & Conditions for more information.
  17. CasinoPlex reserves the right to withhold funds and/or freeze any accounts if it appears that player is participating in strategies, taking advantage of any software or system bug or failure, or partaking in any form of activity that CasinoPlex, in its sole discretion, deems to be abusive or solely designed to exploit bonus awards, we reserve the right to revoke the entitlement of such player to the promotion, revoke any associated loyalty points and/or withhold the pay out of the proceeds of such abuse to the player in question until full verification and investigation is completed
  18. Any special bonus gifts and winnings will be forfeited if a player moves winnings from low weighted games like table games to high weighted games like slots while having an active bonus (or first bets high and then low with a stake not in proportion to the balance) for the sole purpose of completing wagering requirements. This will be judged at the sole discretion of the casino after reviewing the gameplay.
  19. If our investigations show that a player(s) has been trying to take advantage of any of our promotions, then we reverse the right to remove winnings + bonus from player(s) account and only payout the original deposit amount used to claim the bonus. In a case of a no deposit bonus, then the winnings + bonus will be removed. This rule applies to all active promotions.
  20. CasinoPlex also reserves the right to amend or cancel any type of special bonus gift promotion and it is the player(s) own responsibility to make sure that they are aware of these changes. In the event of a dispute, all decisions made by CasinoPlex will be final.
